Jacqueline (Jackie) most recently served as the director of University Placement Services at one of Canada's largest private boarding schools. She holds a Master of Education from Bircham/Boston University and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Family and Social Relations) from the University of Guelph. Jackie is well recognized in the field of college and university admissions, with over 10 years of experience in counseling both Canadian and International students. In the past four years alone, Jackie has helped over 2,500 graduates gain admission to the university/college of their choice. She has visited numerous university campuses around the world, and regularly attends conferences and professional development seminars related to post-secondary admissions and education. Jackie maintains a strong network of contacts within universities and colleges throughout Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Joseph L. Knap
Joseph holds a Master of Science in Education from Canisius College in New York, as well as Bachelor of Arts degrees (Economics and Political Science) from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. He is a certified teacher within the province of Ontario, and a member in good standing of the Ontario College of Teachers. Most recently, Joseph served as head of department (Business and Canadian Studies) in an Ontario private secondary school, where he oversaw curriculum development and classroom planning. He maintains an interest in school athletics, having participated as a varsity athlete in university and a coach at the high school level. In addition to his experience in education, Joseph has held management positions within several Canadian and US companies, primarily in the field of industrial services and manufacturing.
